Forum Thread: Problem Updating with Encrypted Device

My device is encrypted as I use Exchange for business, but whenever I try to update my device, it says "Unable to update new software. Device is encrypted. Decrypt?"

My issue is that I have no idea how to decrypt, I don't see the option anywhere.
